Tom Wilka, a founding partner in the firm, specializes in civil, business and employment litigation. He represents companies and individuals seeking resolution and representation involving contract and real estate disputes, labor, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage discrimination and other employment and business-related issues. He also provides expertise and representation in cases of personal injury due to the negligence or wrongdoing of a corporation, private citizen or other public entity. Tom received his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in 1976.
