Jennifer L. Riley

Jennifer Riley maintains an office in both South Dakota and Arizona, where she resides. Jennifer focuses primarily on private equity and securities law, along with commercial real estate law. She is well-versed at handling cases that involve contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. Jennifer is also one of the firm’s attorneys that deal with commercial real estate acquisitions and commercial real estate contracts that govern retail centers, office buildings, apartment complexes or condominiums. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College in 1998. She received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 2002 from the University of South Dakota and is licensed to practice law in South Dakota and Iowa.
