Jennifer L. Larsen

Of Counsel


Jennifer focuses her practice in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, commercial law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. She represents clients in activities such as acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, mergers, entity formation, private securities offerings, financing transactions, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in 1991 and her Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 2004 from the University of South Dakota. Prior to joining Hagen, Wilka & Archer in 2004, Jennifer served as Vice President of Finance for The Summit Group, Inc. (1997-2004). From 1991-1997, Jennifer was a commercial real estate lender with Wells Fargo Bank fka Norwest Bank.
