David L. Edwards

David has over twenty years of experience in both business transactions and civil litigation. His business practice includes commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, franchise, and real estate law. In the courtroom, David is experienced in lawsuits involving breach of contract, construction, creditor’s rights, real estate, agriculture, and wrongful franchise termination. David received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Dakota and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
